April means spring and Easter! To celebrate, RN Care Coordinator Molly and her son, Michael, brought in baby chicks, and Activity Director Kim’s niece and family brought in bunnies! What fun! A local piano teacher held her student recital at Park Place and the kiddos from Great Beginnings Learning Center came over for an Easter egg hunt! On top of that, the Easter Bunny also stopped by to bring treats for everyone, which brought lots of smiles! The apartment tenants enjoyed a pizza and grasshopper party and a trip to Dubuque for shopping and lunch, plus there were more happy hours by the fireplace and lots of music groups. A big thank you to the members of UWP Sigma Alpha Sorority for donating handmade pillowcases and to the local Community Church for bringing beautiful plants.
