Residents have been having a wonderful spring so far, participating in a variety of fun activities.  For the 10th year in a row, Junior Girl Scout Troop #5001 from Westview Elementary School in Platteville came to help plant flowers for the campus.  The girl scouts and the seniors had a great time together!  Folks in memory care enjoyed an afternoon making homemade rhubarb pie that was later served as an after bingo snack.  It was very rewarding for them to see their hard work come to fruition.  Lastly, the entire campus was delighted to get a visit from Timothy the pig!  Timothy is a fully grown eight-year-old pig owned by a friend of a staff member.  Everyone got to feed him treats, pet him and ask various questions!  What a unique experience!  Many thanks to everyone that shared their time and talents with us this past month.  To view photos, please click on the web album.
