The month started with a delightful visit by the Platteville Middle School Choir. Then the Platteville High School Girl Scouts came and helped folks plant flowers, and staff member Julie hosted a group at her farm, which was so thoughtful of her! Both the assisted living and memory care residents explored the new Smith Park Inclusive Playground, which is right across the street. There was also a wonderful Accessible Trail Tour of the Platteville Community Arboretum, made possible by Gene Weber, the PCA Board and a number of volunteer drivers, and the assisted living folks visited the Dubuque Arboretum. The campus participated in “Make Music Platteville”, had a number of great music and educational programs, and celebrated some milestone birthdays. A great June, indeed.
